Serving Utah County since 2004
ABSOLUTELY DUST FREE
Hardwood Floors

Refinishing usually means a week of sawdust in your vents, on your counters and in every room you own. That is not how we work. Our containment system captures the dust at the sander, so you get floors that look new without losing your house to do it.

The real reason people wait

It was never about
the floors

Most homeowners know exactly which rooms need refinishing. They put it off because of what the job does to the rest of the house. Here is the difference.

The usual refinishing job

  • Fine dust settles on every surface in the house for weeks
  • Dust pulled into the HVAC system and blown room to room
  • Plastic sheeting sealing off half your home
  • You move out, or you live around it
  • Cleanup is your problem once the crew leaves

An ADF job

  • Dust captured at the sander before it reaches the air
  • Vents sealed and protected before the first pass
  • Most families stay in the home the whole time
  • Furniture moved and protected by our crew
  • We leave the space cleaner than we found it
What we do

Four ways to bring
a floor back

Not every floor needs a full sanding. We will tell you the least invasive option that actually solves your problem, even when it is the cheaper one.

01

Refinish

Full sand down to bare wood, then stained and sealed to the color you choose. The right call for deep scratches, pet damage, or a floor you want to change entirely.

02

Recoat

A screen and fresh finish coat without sanding to bare wood. Faster, cheaper, and often all a floor needs if the finish is worn but the wood underneath is sound.

03

Repair

Board replacement, patching after a remodel, transitions, and stair work. We match existing wood and finish so the repair disappears into the floor.

04

Insurance claims

Water damaged hardwood from a burst pipe, appliance leak or flood. We document the damage, work directly with your adjuster, and handle the restoration.

Before & after

Same floor.
Same boards.

Almost every floor we are asked to replace can be saved instead. Drag the handle to see it.

How it goes

Four steps,
no surprises

1

Free estimate

We come out, look at the actual floor, and give you a real number in writing. No pressure and no charge.

2

We prep and protect

Furniture moved, vents sealed, containment set up. This step is the whole reason the job stays clean.

3

Sand, stain, seal

You pick the color from samples on your own floor, in your own light, before we commit to it.

4

Walk it together

We put the room back, walk the finished floor with you, and tell you exactly when it is safe to use.
